The Golden Pavilion Temple is located in the north of Southern wutai, south of the middle mountain.The Golden Pavilion Temple is the highest elevation among the top five Taiwan temple architecture, which is 1900 meters high  and about 15 km from the town of taihuai.

5daxiongbaodian halls are in the backyard ,which for the three Buddhas: shijiamonifo, yaoshifo and Amitabha, both sides there are 18 Lohans. Each hall of the Golden Pavilion Temple, has more than 1,000 statue ,the largest temple in Wutai Mountain Buddhism statue. Golden Pavilion Temple, with its long history, the existing large number of tall statues, especially the Buddhist goddess of Avalokitesvara, is unique one in the temples for the world's attention.
